Permits and Licensing

 

ALARM LICENSES:

Any individual (Business or Resident) who installs an alarm system within the city limits of Marble Falls must obtain an alarm license through our department. The cost for a commercial alarm license is $20 annually and the cost for a residential alarm license is $10 annually. To obtain your city alarm license, please contact us at (830) 693-3611 or administration@marblefallspolice.com.

COMMERCIAL ALARM LICENSE APPLICATION

RESIDENTIAL ALARM LICENSE APPLICATION

ALCOHOL LICENSES:

Business and restaurant owners: Any business or restaurant owner who manufactures, sells, distributes or stores alcoholic beverages, or engages in any other activity with relation to the same must obtain a city license through our department. The fee for this license is equal to one-half (1/2) the permit or license fee charged by the state under the Texas Alcoholic Beverage Code (T.A.B.C.). You must provide a current copy of your T.A.B.C. license in order to obtain your city license. To obtain your city alcohol license, please contact us at (830) 693-3611 or administration@marblefallspolice.com.

City Parks: A permit must be obtained to consume and/or sell alcoholic beverages of any kind in any City park. Individuals must provide a copy of their rental/license agreement for use of the park in order to obtain an alcohol permit. Consumption Permits are $25.00 and Sales Permits are $100.00 and are issued through our department. To obtain your city park alcohol license, please contact us at (830) 693-3611 or administration@marblefallspolice.com.

Lakeside Pavilion: If an alcohol consumption and/or sales permit is requested, the requestor must first obtain security before an alcohol license can be issued. The cost for security is $35 per hour per officer and is determined by the number of people attending as follows:

25 to 99 people attending - One Officer
100 to 200 people attending - Two Officers
200 to 250 people attending - Three Officers
250 to 300 people attending - Four Officers

We kindly ask anyone needing an alcohol permit and security for the Lakeside Pavilion please do so at least two weeks prior to your event.

COMMERCIAL KENNEL LICENSES:

Any person or group engaged in the commercial business of breeding, buying, selling or boarding any animal or animals, excluding any person who is a passive or occasional breeder of not more than one (1) litter per calendar year must obtain a Commercial Kennel License through our department. Commercial Kennel Licenses are $50 per year.
