The Patrol Division is the primary unit of the Marble Falls Police Department and consists of one Captain, four Patrol Sergeants, twelve Patrol Officers and
one Reserve Officer. The Officers are highly training in various specializations including but not limited to, traffic collision investigation, domestic violence, D.W.I. enforcement, illegal narcotics detection and enforcement, marine safety enforcement and various weapons tactics.
The Patrol Division also includes a Police K-9 trained in human tracking & apprehension and narcotics detection.
Patrol Division Officers are the first to respond to Calls for Service (CFS) where law enforcement asistance is needed. Duties of the officers include preventing violations of statutes and ordinances, traffic enforcement, suppressing disturbances, roadway collision investigation, traffic direction and patrolling residential and business areas.
